Patrick Vysata is a highly accomplished Broker Associate with nearly two decades of experience in Miami's luxury real estate market. He recently joined Fortune International, transitioning from his role as a Sales Executive at the prestigious Links Estates on Fisher Island, where he achieved top producer status. Prior to that, he was a Sales Executive at Palazzo Della Luna and Palazzo del Sol, also ultra-luxury developments on Fisher Island.  

Before joining the Fisher Island team in 2021, Vysata served as Sales Director for The Fairchild Condominium in Coconut Grove with ONE Sotheby’s International Realty. There, he distinguished himself as a top producer in the development division starting in 2017. His career includes overseeing several high-end pre-construction luxury condominium projects throughout Miami-Dade County, further showcasing his expertise.  Patrick is currently working with the new FAENA Residences Miami, an impressive 68-story development by Alan Faena, Kar Properties, and Fortune International Realty.

In addition to his development achievements, Vysata brings decades of experience in single-family, condo, and multi-family real estate transactions, totaling over $200 million in closed sales. He maintains strong relationships with numerous clients and developers. Vysata is known for his client-focused approach, consistently exceeding expectations and building long-term relationships, as reflected in the steady stream of referrals he receives.

Originally from New Jersey, Vysata pursued his education in New York and Prague, immersing himself in Czech culture and developing a passion for travel. These diverse experiences have refined his cross-cultural communication skills, enabling him to effectively serve an international clientele. Since relocating to Miami in 2003, he has utilized his deep understanding of the local market in his role as a Broker Associate.

Affiliated with the National Association of REALTORS®, the Florida Association of REALTORS®, and the REALTORS® Association of Greater Miami and the Beaches, Vysata is fluent in English and Czech.
